Professional/Retired Professional registration includes: Monday opening reception and scheduled AM/PM breaks, lunches, and dinners through May 18.

Companion Meal Packages: Companion meal function packages are available. After you have registered, you may add one by contacting the registrar’s office at 435-797-0424. Packages available are reception/banquet combo for $125 or all meal functions for $300.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made to participants who must cancel, less a $75 processing fee. Written cancellation must be received by April 24, 2017. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions from the same organization are always accepted with prior notice. Utah State University reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only. By submitting this registration form it infers you have read and understand the cancellation and refund policy.
