A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference participants at the discounted rate of 112$ one people, 122$ two persons, 142$ three persons and 152$ four persons. This rate includes lodging, complimentary breakfast buffet, and activities including swimming and fitness center.
Please note that rooms will be booked on a first come – first served basis. To ensure that you obtain the conference discounted rate and the preferential treatment we have contracted with the hotel. We do not guarantee room availability after May 25th, 2011. We strongly encourage you to contact the hotel as soon as possible with your choice of room, so they can accommodate your request.
