Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made to participants who must cancel, less a $100 processing fee. Written cancellation must be received by April 28, 2019. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions from the same organization are always accepted with prior notice. TA Instruments reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only. By submitting this registration form it infers you have read and understand the cancellation and refund policy.

Professional/Retired Professional registration includes: Monday opening reception and scheduled AM/PM breaks, lunches, and dinners through June 6th.

Student registration includes: Scheduled AM/PM breaks, lunches, and dinners through June 6th. The Monday reception is additional.
