Registration*

The full conference registration includes:


  • Participating in all sessions, workshops, exhibits
  • (1) Conference Proceedings volume
  • Saturday afternoon “Champagne Welcome Reception”
  • Sumptuous Sunday brunch in the resort’s restaurant
  • Monday lunch (buffet)
  • Monday evening social (including beer and wine)
  • Tuesday lunch (buffet)
  • Tuesday evening conference banquet
  • Wednesday lunch (buffet)
  • Wednesday evening "Closing Spectacular": dinner at a fine restaurant downtown Pittsburgh, to mark the conference’s official closing. Transportation from Seven Springs to Pittsburgh and back will be included.

Note: Since the resort’s room rate includes breakfast, the only meals not covered by the conference’s registration are dinners on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. There are several restaurants in the resort, to accommodate every budget.


A. Full registration:

$ 825, if registered after August 1, 2009


B. Discounted registration:

 

a) Small company (less than 50 employees):

  • regular registration for the first participant
  • $ 400 / person for the second and third participant (no Proceedings volume)

b) Individual consultant:

$ 500

c) Retired colleague:

$ 295 (all food included, no Proceedings volume)

d) Colleague between jobs:

$ 295 (all food included, no Proceedings volume)

e) Student:

$ 100, if registered before Feb. 15th (all food included except the Wednesday dinner, no Proceedings volume)

$ 175, if registered before May 1st (all food included except the Wednesday dinner, no Proceedings volume)

$ 200, if registered before Aug. 1st (all food included except the Wednesday dinner, no Proceedings volume)

$ 295, if registered after Aug. 1st (all food included except the Wednesday dinner, no Proceedings volume)


C. Spouses
Individual tickets for each meal will be available for purchase. Tickets for children will be at a discounted rate.


D. Cancellation Policy


 

Due to the extensive amount of work and committed costs (such as guaranteed meals, printed matter, contracted transportation, space occupancy fees, etc.) on the part of the conference:

 

a)

Room deposits cannot be returned after August 30, 2009.
 

b)

Transportation fees cannot be refunded after August 21, 2009.
 

c)

Registration fee can be fully refunded only before August 22, 2009. After that, only partial refund of USD 140.00 will be given for undistributed proceedings.
