Registration

A. Full registration (Proceedings-welcome reception-lunches-banquet) :

• $ 900, if registered by March 31^th, 2011
• $ 995, if registered after March 31^th, 2011


• Registration fees for retired participants : 500$

B. Students registration (Proceedings-welcome reception-lunches-banquet) :

• $ 225, if registered before March 31^th
• $ 300, if registered after March 31^th
  
  

C. Accompanying person :

D. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to March 30, 2011 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee. After April 1^st 2011, registration fees will not be refunded. The Conference is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs.

E. Online payment (Available November 1^st, 2011)

• Online payment may only be done by credit card
• Only and are accepted


• The maximum authorized time to fill out the form is 25 minutes
