Change in Sponsorship

The Conference Organization accepted with regrets, on February 18, 2009, the withdrawal of co-sponsorship by the University of Lisbon (Portugal), due to current economic conditions interfering with funding and logistical problems presented by the distance to the USA venue. While the expertise of Professor Carlos Nieto de Castro related to fluids will be a loss to the organizers, the overall change in sponsorship is expected to have no impact on current work and on the success of ITCC – ITES 2009.
